FluxRite combines MeshRite with inflow control devices (ICDs) for horizontal production/injection wells to: 1) minimize water/gas coning, 2) evenly sweep the reservoir from toe to heel to maximize oil recovery, and 3) minimize water influx from high-perm streaks such as fractures. FluxRite screens can be combined with "swell packers" to minimize annular flow and isolate unwanted shale zones or high-perm water streaks.

FloRite is a unique pressure profile control screen designed to optimize toe-to-heel flow control in consolidated formations, as well as remove formation damage caused by drilling and completion fluids/operations.

By strategically placing inflow control devices (ICDs) along the production zone, one can: a) sweep the reservoir uniformly, b) prevent or delay gas/water coning, c) choke off unwanted hi-perm water streaks, and d) remove filtercake damage, especially at the toe, via higher drawdowns. For injectors, ICDs can achieve uniform toe-to-heel gas/water/steam injection, and choke off thief zones.
